On a quick trip back to California this week and we took the opportunity to treat ourselves to a trip to Disney. For me, this means one thing, geeking out on Galaxy's Edge.
Whatever other thoughts on Disney I have, and wow it seems to get more and more expensive every time we visit, I can't help put really respect the work they did on Galaxy's Edge.
Yes, I am absolutely of the perfect age where Star Wars is a formative part of my childhood, but, even as a fan, the details and passion that was clearly poured into creating the park experience of Galaxy's Edge is impressive.
The aesthetic is well established for sure, with so much media over the years, but on the ground in the middle of this experience, it is realized in such a tactile way.
So of course I enjoyed capturing some of the smaller details with the camera!
Despite the cost of getting to Disney these days, I still recommend the experience for Star Wars fans if you can afford it.
