I think ...

... Heart of the Swarm was everything I wanted it to be. At this stage I am so engaged with these characters and their relationships, that the only downside is having to wait for the third installment! The evolution missions may have been a touch superfluous, but they feel at home in a game like Starcraft 2 as they are consistent with the way that everything is presented in game. I've also enjoyed the new units and balance in multi-player so far, as they have shaken things up nicely in a positive way ...

... my MMO time has been split, playing some The Secret World and Age of Conan as a regular player again has been interesting, and have been revisiting World of Warcraft to check out the latest expansion content that I hadn't had time to go back and see last year ...

... I'm getting pretty good value out of the Playstation Plus subscription of late. What with it offering games on both the PS3 and the Vita, I have definitely taken advantage of the offered games. The headline offering of Spec Ops the Line this month was worth the download. I doubt I would have picked it up otherwise, despite hearing it did some interesting things story wise, but when offered up as part of the service I grabbed it and enjoyed the play through so far ...

... been catching up on The Sixth Gun. Recommended reading for me! It plays with the western setting well, and the characters steer just enough clear of cliche to be memorable and interesting ...

... the new trailer for Kick Ass 2 was very welcome. I can't wait for that one to come out. The first movie captured the spirit of the comic well, so it will be interesting to see if they manage to retain that for this second outing. Trailer here (Fair warning - language, violence and spoilers for the first movie in there!)

It's great to get some game time. I just tried WoW for the first time since it was released. The monk is a lot fun. I still have my Eve account going and have been mining. Have you tried Free Realms on the Ps3? It is interesting to see so many mini games.

The campaign for Starcraft 2 was fantastic, Blizzard really know how to present a story. I just wish they hadn't split it up into three games to string us all along!
