I think...

...Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep is another great example of just what Sony's PSP is capable of. I must admit to not having been a great fan of the series before now, but with such good reviews I just had to check it out. Personally I think that Square Enix have been one of the better developers for getting the most out of the handheld format's potential (as with the superb Final Fantasy: Crisis Core) and they demonstrate that deft touch again this time out. Great production values, with game-play that suits the format perfectly, and more depth than you can shake a vaguely key shaped weapon at...The loading times can be lengthy (and probably annoying if you don't have space on your card to install some of it) but overall it hasn't detracted from the experience so far...

...I invariably enjoy Stephen King's work when he isn't going for the traditional horror approach with which he made his name. His recent foray into comics again continues that trend. Picked up the hardcover edition of American Vampire, his collaboration with Scott Snyder and Rafael Albuquerque, and wasn't disappointed. Well worth picking up, even if we all might be at risk of getting a little tired of vampires...these ones are worth it...

...Timothy Dalton's turn on this weeks Chuck was excellent. I hope they use him more before the end of the season...

...with football season already in full swing, it makes me anxiously wait for the final season of Friday Night Lights and a return to the town of Dillon. It can't come soon enough...

on KG that might be because you weren't a fan. I was a huge fan of the series and was disappointed. The story wasn't as good, and the locations weren't as varied. The game side of it was well done, as you said it played well on the PSP.
