Dinner tonight was consumed at possibly one of the coolest locations for a restaurant I have visited. Located quite literally in the middle of the Oslo Fjord, Dyna Fyr, is on the site of an old lighthouse that has been converted into a restaurant. Access is only by boat...great food and good wine...
...well worth the trip.
