...lightning also allows for some interesting shots in the dark from inside when lit up through the window...
On the longer exposures some of the shots could have been mistaken for being taken during the day. It was fun to experiment with the camera and see what settings I could play with to try and catch the lightning. I always love a good storm! It's hard to get a great shot, but half the fun is in trying. Even if I only get a handful of pictures from an hour of shooting, I think it's worth it when that one shot out of a thousand is worth keeping...
