Monkey Island in a browser...

Some cool new tech reported on Kotaku this morning, with 'InstantAction' bringing the special edition of Monkey island direct to your browser. A very short installation and your in... while the 2 minutes plus of credits at the start isn't all that subtle a way of hiding the initial buffering it is definitely some interesting technology! It is a very interesting technology, in particular for certain types of games that will lend themselves to that format, given it will let people spread your game across the internet...

Just a quick note--the credits are part of the game itself as it was originally launched--you can hit the backspace key to skip them and move immediately into game play!
