....and it is apparently celebrated a week beforehand! In Oslo it is tradition it seems for the celebrations to be the Sunday before the actual 4th of July, even when (as this year) the 4th is on a Saturday and in the weekend anyway!
Still it was fun, good company, got to throw a football around (of the real oval American variety, something I haven't done in years!) and a good outing for the camera!
